About the Workshops

The Context

Many of the qualities we look for, which we know would enhance our lives, are actually a part of our “natural state” - how we are when we aren’t immersed in the busyness and stresses of life.

 

You’ve probably experienced times when you felt at peace, focused, clear, purposeful, energised - these are your “natural state”, and meditation and mindfulness are proven and effective ways to make these a constant part of your everyday life.

 

But there is so much varied information available which can be confusing when you want to know, with simplicity and clarity, how to practice meditation and mindfulness straightforwardly and with confidence, and gain all the benefits that these techniques provide.

 

This four-hour Workshop organises and clarifies all the essential information you need, going beyond the theories and sometimes contradictory ideas of the different paths and approaches. It presents the essence of what makes these practices so special and useful, and enables you, with confidence, to make them a valued and productive part of your everyday life.

We have no affiliation with any philosophy or group, and there are no philosophical approaches or beliefs associated with the Workshop.
